Event Decsription/ Name: Officer and Committee Chair Training

Purpose: Discuss the new Program of Work and social interaction

Preparation:
· Reminder calls were made to all executive board
· Members were asked to bring food
· Tables were set up for food
· Couches were set up in front on the V Stairs
· Committee and Officer Binders were prepared
· New binder labels were made
· The President prepared program of work for discussion
· The President prepared committee, Chapter, and Officer Goals
· Paper was set on walls for discussion

August
Event Decsription/Name: Freshmen Assembly

Purpose: Recruit freshmen

Preparation:
· Reminder calls were made to the members who singed up
· Ten FBLA T-shirts were wrapped tightly with rubber bands to throw out during the assembly

October

Purpose: Leadership conference
